1. A licensee who proposes to participate in foreign gaming shall, no later than 30 days after the licensee executes a definitive agreement pertaining to the proposed participation in foreign gaming or files an application for licensing or related approval pertaining to the proposed participation, whichever is earlier, deposit with the Board and thereafter maintain a refundable revolving fund in the amount of $10,000 to pay the expenses of investigation by the Board of the licensees participation in foreign gaming. The Commission may in a particular case increase or decrease the required amount of the revolving fund, but the Board or Commission shall not require a licensee to establish more than one such revolving fund. Upon the licensees termination of all proposed and actual participation in foreign gaming, the Board shall refund the remaining balance in the licensees revolving fund. 2. Before participating in foreign gaming, a licensee shall provide to the Board such information pertaining to the licensees proposed participation as the Board may request.
