The Commission may exempt a publicly traded corporation from compliance with any of the provisions of NRS 463.575 to 463.615 , inclusive. To the extent of such an exemption, the corporation shall comply instead with the provisions of NRS 463.635 to 463.645 , inclusive, except as otherwise ordered by the Commission.
