In order to be eligible to receive a license, a limited-liability company must: 1. Maintain an office of the limited-liability company on the licensed premises; 2. Comply with all of the requirements of the laws of this State pertaining to limited-liability companies; and 3. Maintain a ledger in the principal office of the limited-liability company in this State, which must: (a) At all times reflect the ownership of all interests in the limited-liability company; and (b) Be available for inspection by the Board, Commission and their authorized agents, at all reasonable times without notice.
