1. The Attorney General, at the direction of the Commission, may institute a civil action in any district court of this State against any person subject to this chapter or chapter 462 , 464 or 465 of NRS to restrain a violation of this chapter or chapter 462 , 464 or 465 of NRS. 2. The district court shall give priority over other civil actions to an action brought pursuant to this section. 3. An action brought against a person pursuant to this section does not preclude a criminal action or administrative proceeding against that person.
