Inapplicability of certain provisions of Open Meeting Law to certain investigatory proceedings

The
provisions of NRS 241.020 do not apply
to any action or proceeding of the Board that is related to:
1. A determination made pursuant to
paragraph (a) or (b) of subsection 1 of NRS
463.310 of whether a violation of this chapter or chapter 368A, 462, 464,
465 or 466, or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto, has occurred;
2. A determination made pursuant to
subsection 2 of NRS 463.310 of whether
to file a complaint with the Commission and the content of any such complaint;
3. An interpretation of:
(a) Any provision of title 41 of NRS or any
regulations promulgated thereunder; or
(b) The applicability of any federal or state law
or regulation to any provision of title 41 of NRS or any regulations
promulgated thereunder; or
4. A determination as to whether the Board
will issue an industry notice concerning any interpretation made pursuant to
subsection 3.
