1. Any person who operates or maintains in this State any gaming device of a specific model or any gaming device which includes a significant modification which the Board or Commission has not approved for testing or for operation is subject to disciplinary action by the Board or Commission. 2. The Board shall maintain a list of approved gaming devices. 3. If the Board suspends or revokes approval of a gaming device pursuant to the regulations adopted pursuant to subsection 4, the Board may order the removal of the gaming device from an establishment. 4. The Commission shall adopt regulations relating to gaming devices and their significant modification.
