1. The Board shall furnish to the Commission such administrative and clerical services and such furnishings, equipment, supplies, stationery, books, motor vehicles and all other things as the Commission may deem necessary or desirable in carrying out its functions. 2. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all costs of administration incurred by the Board on behalf of the Commission shall be paid out on claims from the General Fund in the State Treasury in the same manner as other claims against the State are paid.
