Nevada Code § 462.061

Charitable game defined

Charitable
game means a bingo, poker or blackjack game that is operated by a qualified
organization pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. The term does not
include any other game or gambling game specified in NRS 463.0152 , including without
limitation, any game which requires the use of a gaming device, or any wagers
on horse races, other animal races, sporting events or other events.
