Except as otherwise provided in NRS 489.265 , all fees collected pursuant to this chapter must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the Account for Housing Inspection and Compliance created by NRS 319.169 . All expenses for the enforcement of this chapter must be paid from the Account.
