Any authorized representative or employee of the Commission or the Department may, for the purpose of carrying out his or her duties pursuant to NRS 459.800 to 459.856 , inclusive, or to enforce a regulation adopted pursuant to those sections: 1. Enter any place where the Department has reason to believe there are storage tanks; 2. Inspect or obtain samples wherever the Department has reason to believe a release from a storage tank may have occurred; 3. Inspect and copy any records, reports, information or results of tests relating to the management of a storage tank; and 4. Inspect any system for the continuing observation of a storage tank.
