Deposit of reimbursement and penalty for credit to Contingency Account for Hazardous Materials

Any
reimbursement and penalty recovered by the Attorney General from a person
responsible for hazardous material involved in a spill or accident or motor
vehicle crash must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the
Contingency Account for Hazardous Materials.
