Any authorized representative or employee of the Commission or the Department may, for the purpose of carrying out his or her duties pursuant to NRS 459.400 to 459.600 , inclusive, or to enforce a regulation adopted pursuant to those sections: 1. Enter any place where waste or a substance which the Department has reason to believe may be hazardous waste or a hazardous substance is or may have been managed or otherwise handled; 2. Inspect and obtain samples of any waste or substance which the Department has reason to believe may be hazardous waste or a hazardous substance, including samples from any vehicle in which waste or substance is being transported, and samples of containers and labels; and 3. Inspect and copy any records, reports, information or test results relating to the management of hazardous wastes or hazardous substances.
