1. The Commission shall adopt regulations
which require licensees to keep records and submit reports on hazardous waste
and which prescribe procedures for:
(a) Installing, calibrating, using and
maintaining monitoring equipment or other methods for obtaining data on
hazardous wastes;
(b) Taking samples and performing tests and
analyses;
(c) Establishing and maintaining suitable
records; and
(d) Making reports to the Department.
2. It is unlawful for any person to manage
hazardous waste without reporting each activity to the Department in accordance
with regulations adopted by the Commission.
