Injunctive and other relief

1. If, in the judgment of the Division,
any person is engaged in or is about to engage in any act or practice which
constitutes or will constitute a violation of any provision of NRS 459.010 to 459.290 , inclusive, or any rule, regulation
or order issued under NRS 459.010 to 459.290 , inclusive, the Division may
request the Attorney General to apply to the district court for an order
enjoining such act or practice, or for an order directing compliance with any provision
of NRS 459.010 to 459.290 , inclusive, or any rule, regulation
or order issued under NRS 459.010 to 459.290 , inclusive.
2. Upon a showing by the Division that
such person has engaged in or is about to engage in any such act or practice, a
permanent or temporary injunction, restraining order or other appropriate order
may be granted by the court.
