Nevada Code § 459.120

Issuance of emergency regulation or order by Division

1. If the Division finds that an emergency
exists requiring immediate action to protect the public health and safety, the
Division may, without notice or hearing, issue an order reciting the existence
of such an emergency and requiring that such action be taken as is considered
necessary to meet the emergency.
2. Any person to whom such an order is
directed shall comply immediately with the order, but on application to the
Division the person must be afforded a hearing.
3. The emergency order specified in
subsection 1 must be continued, modified or revoked within 30 days after the
hearing.
