Nevada Code § 458.091

Admission to and treatment in hospital of person with an alcohol or other substance use disorder

Persons
with alcohol or other substance use disorders must be admitted to public or
private general medical hospitals which receive federal or state money for
programs for alcohol or other substance use disorders, and must be treated in
those hospitals on the basis of their medical need. No general medical hospital
that violates this section is eligible to receive further federal or state
assistance pursuant to this chapter.
