1. Any person who believes himself or herself to be a person with a narcotic use disorder may make application to the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department for voluntary submission to treatment maintained under the provisions of NRS 453.660 . 2. The Division of Public and Behavioral Health shall adopt regulations relating to the requirements for voluntary submission under this section.
