1. Any penalty imposed for violation of NRS 453.011 to 453.551 , inclusive, is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any civil or administrative penalty or sanction otherwise authorized by law. 2. Any violation of the provisions of NRS 453.011 to 453.551 , inclusive, where no other penalty is specifically provided, is a misdemeanor.
