Nevada Code § 453.3635

1. The provisions of NRS 453.3611 to 453.3648 , inclusive, do not apply to a
person who is:
(a) A common or contract carrier or warehouseman,
or an employee thereof, unless the person is acting outside of the usual course
of his or her business or employment and knows or has reasonable cause to
believe that the act or transaction is unlawful.
(b) The intended recipient of a substance or
drug, unless the intended recipient knows or has reasonable cause to believe
that the act or transaction is unlawful.
2. The provisions of NRS 453.3611 to 453.3648 , inclusive, do not prohibit a
person from filling or refilling a prescription for a prescription drug during
the period in which the prescription is valid pursuant to NRS 453.256 if the person is otherwise
authorized by the provisions of NRS 453.011 to 453.552 , inclusive, to dispense or
distribute the prescription drug.
