Condemnation of property for use by hospital

If the board of hospital trustees and the owners
of any property desired by the board of hospital trustees for hospital purposes
in the county or counties where the county hospital is established cannot agree
as to the price to be paid therefor, the board of hospital trustees shall
report the facts to the board or boards of county commissioners. Condemnation
proceedings shall be instituted by the board or boards of county commissioners
and prosecuted in the name of the county or counties by the district attorney
for such county as may be concerned.
