Before the Authority may adopt any regulation concerning the construction, maintenance, operation or safety of a building, structure or other property in this State, the Authority shall consult with the Deputy Administrator of the Public Works - Compliance and Code Enforcement Section for the purposes of subsection 9 of NRS 341.100 .
