1. The Authority may apply to the federal agency for federal money to assist in carrying out the surveys, planning and construction activities provided for in NRS 449.250 to 449.430 , inclusive. 2. The money must be deposited in the State Treasury and must be available to the Authority for expenditure for carrying out the purposes of NRS 449.250 to 449.430 , inclusive.
