A hospital which provides only one or two of the following categories of service: 1. Medical; 2. Surgical; 3. Obstetrical; or 4. Psychiatric, shall be designated a medical hospital, surgical hospital, obstetrical hospital or psychiatric hospital or combined-categories hospital, as the case may be.
