Medical facility not required to allow abortions

1. A hospital or other medical facility
licensed under the provisions of this chapter which is not operated by the
State or a local government or an agency of either is not required to permit
the use of its facilities for the induction or performance of an abortion,
except in a medical emergency.
2. Such refusal does not give rise to a
cause of action in favor of any person.
