Nevada Code § 449.1815

Medical facility prohibited from allowing person who is not enrolled at accredited medical school to perform or participate in activity for credit toward medical degree

A
medical facility shall not allow a person to perform or participate in any
activity at the facility for the purpose of receiving credit toward a degree of
doctor of medicine, osteopathy or osteopathic medicine, including, without limitation,
clinical observation and contact with patients, unless the person is enrolled
in good standing at:
1. A medical school that is accredited by
the Liaison Committee on Medical Education of the American Medical Association
and the Association of American Medical Colleges or their successor
organizations; or
2. A school of osteopathic medicine, as
defined in NRS 633.121 .
