Inspection of medical facility, facility for the dependent or other licensed facility by Health Care Purchasing and Compliance Division and Aging and Disability Services Division

Every
medical facility, facility for the dependent or facility which is required by
the regulations adopted by the Board pursuant to NRS 449.0303 to be licensed may be
inspected at any time, with or without notice, as often as is necessary by:
1. The Health Care Purchasing and Compliance
Division of the Nevada Health Authority to ensure compliance with all
applicable regulations and standards; and
2. Any person designated by the Aging and
Disability Services Division of the Department of Human Services to investigate
complaints made against the facility.
