1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the provisions of NRS 449.115 to 449.125 , inclusive, and 449.174 do not apply to any facility for the treatment of alcohol or other substance use disorders. 2. A facility for the treatment of alcohol or other substance use disorders must comply with the requirements of NRS 449.115 to 449.125 , inclusive, and 449.174 if the facility for the treatment of alcohol or other substance use disorders provides residential services to children.
