1. Money received from licensing medical facilities and facilities for the dependent must be forwarded to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State General Fund to the credit of the Division. 2. The Division shall enforce the provisions of NRS 449.029 to 449.245 , inclusive, and may incur any necessary expenses not in excess of money authorized for that purpose by the State or received from the Federal Government.
