Facility for the treatment of alcohol or other substance use disorders defined

Facility for
the treatment of alcohol or other substance use disorders means any public or
private establishment which provides residential treatment, including mental
and physical restoration, of persons with alcohol or other substance use
disorders. It does not include a medical facility or services offered by
volunteers or voluntary organizations.
