Nevada Code § 447.080

Air space, floor area and ceiling height of rooms

No room for sleeping purposes shall have less
than 500 cubic feet of air space for each occupant. The floor area of each sleeping
room must be at least 80 square feet and at least 7 feet in width. All rooms
must have a ceiling height of at least 8 feet.
