The State Public Works Board shall: 1. Review all proposed adoptions of the Uniform Plumbing Code by any city or county and any proposed changes to the Uniform Plumbing Code , and advise such city or county on whether or not such change is deemed warranted by geographic, topographic or climatic conditions. 2. Submit a copy of the Uniform Plumbing Code adopted by any city or county to the Nevada Health Authority.
