1. The board of health of the appropriate health district or county may make such inspections of each childrens camp as it finds necessary and when it is found that there is a failure to comply with any of the standards prescribed by NRS 444.220 to 444.320 , inclusive, such board of health shall give notice to the camp operator of such failure, which notice shall set forth the law violated. 2. The childrens camp operator shall have a reasonable time after receiving such notice in which to correct such failure and to comply with the standards prescribed by NRS 444.220 to 444.320 , inclusive. 3. In the event the camp operator fails to comply with the requirements of such notice within a reasonable time, such board of health may suspend or revoke the license of the camp operator.
