Sanitary conditions of bunkhouses, tents and surrounding grounds of camp where five or more persons are employed

1. In or at any construction or labor camp
where five or more persons are employed, bunkhouses, tents or other suitable
sleeping places must be provided for all the employees. The bunkhouses, tents
or other sleeping places shall:
(a) Be in good structural condition, and so
constructed as to provide shelter to the occupants against the elements and so
as to exclude dampness in inclement weather.
(b) Be kept in a cleanly state, and free from
vermin and matter of an infectious and contagious nature.
2. The grounds around such bunkhouses,
tents or other sleeping places shall be kept clean and free from accumulations
of dirt, filth, garbage and other deleterious matter.
