Person with physical disability may use lifesaving device in public swimming pool; conditions

No
person may prohibit any person with a physical disability from using a life
preserver or other lifesaving device in a public swimming pool if the person
using the device presents a written statement signed by a licensed physician
indicating that the person has a physical disability which requires the use of
that device.
