Inspection; reporting and publication of results

1. For the purposes of NRS 444.065 to 444.120 , inclusive, the health authority
must be permitted to enter upon any and all parts of the premises of bathing
and swimming places to examine and investigate the sanitary condition of such
places and to determine whether the provisions of NRS 444.065 to 444.120 , inclusive, or the rules and
regulations of the State Board of Health or local board of health pertaining
thereto are being violated.
2. The results of an inspection must be
reported to the health authority within 7 days following the inspection.
3. The health authority may publish the
report of the inspection.
