Sterilization and labeling required

After
March 21, 1935, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or
corporation, engaged in the operation of the business of manufacturing, making,
renovating and selling mattresses, bed coverings, sheets, pillows and other
similar bedding used for sleeping purposes, in this State, to sell or to offer
to sell, or to dispose of any used or secondhand bedding, as described in NRS 444.010 to 444.040 , inclusive, directly or indirectly,
without first having the same thoroughly sterilized and securely labeled with a
tag sewed on each article, marked thereon Sterilized, Secondhand, which tag
shall show the name of the manufacturer, renovator or dealer.
