Such plan or plans shall in any event include therein provisions for: 1. Financial participation by this State. 2. Administration of such plan or plans by the Department, through the Division, and supervision by the Department, through the Division, of the administration of such services included in the plan or plans which are not administered directly by the Division. 3. Such methods of administration as are necessary for efficient operation of such plan or plans. 4. Maintenance of records and preparation, submission and filing of reports of services rendered. 5. Cooperation with medical, health, nursing and welfare groups and organizations, and with any agency of the State charged with the administration of laws providing for vocational rehabilitation of children with disabilities. 6. Receiving and expending in the manner provided in NRS 442.180 to 442.220 , inclusive, in accordance with such plan or plans, all funds made available to the Department by the Federal Government, the State or its political subdivisions, or from any other source for such purposes. 7. Cooperating with the Federal Government, through its appropriate agency or instrumentality, in developing, extending and improving such services and in the administration of such plan or plans. 8. Carrying out the purposes specified in NRS 442.180 .
