Nevada Code § 442.170

Account for Maternal and Child Health Services

1. The State Treasurer is custodian of all
money appropriated by this State, allotted to this State by the Federal
Government or received by this State from other sources, for the purposes of NRS 442.130 to 442.170 , inclusive.
2. The Division shall deposit the money in
the State Treasury for credit to the Account for Maternal and Child Health Services.
3. All claims and demands against the
Account must be paid only upon the Administrators certifying the claims and
demands in proper vouchers to the State Controller who shall thereupon draw his
or her warrant or warrants therefor, and the State Treasurer shall pay them.
