Nevada Code § 442.140

State plan concerning services for maternal and child health; regulations

1. The Department may:
(a) Formulate, adopt and administer, through the
State Board of Health and the Division, a detailed plan for the purposes
specified in NRS 442.130 .
(b) Adopt, through the State Board of Health,
regulations necessary for the administration of the plan and the administration
of NRS 442.130 to 442.170 , inclusive.
2. In developing and revising the plan, the
Department shall consider:
(a) The amount of money available from the
Federal Government for services relating to maternal and child health;
(b) The conditions attached to the acceptance of
money from the Federal Government; and
(c) The limitations of legislative appropriations
for services relating to maternal and child health.
