Nevada Code § 440.735

Affixing of signature to uncompleted certificate of death

1. Except as otherwise provided in
subsection 2, it is unlawful for any person to affix his or her signature to an
uncompleted death certificate.
2. A physician, advanced practice
registered nurse, health officer or coroner may affix his or her signature to
an uncompleted death certificate after completing the portions of the death
certificate applicable to the physician, advanced practice registered nurse,
health officer or coroner.
