A sterile hypodermic device program may provide: 1. Sterile hypodermic devices and other related material for safer injection drug use; and 2. Information concerning: (a) The risks associated with the use of controlled substances; (b) Drug dependence treatment services and other health services; (c) Support services for people with drug dependence and their families; (d) Methods for preventing the transmission or contraction of blood-borne diseases; (e) Employment and vocational training services and centers; and (f) Legal aid services.
