Provider of emergency medical services defined

Provider of emergency medical services means
each operator of an ambulance or air ambulance and each fire-fighting agency
that has a permit to operate pursuant to chapter
450B of NRS and provides transportation to hospitals for persons in need of
emergency services and care.
