Creation; purpose; interest and income; nonreversion

1. The Grief Support Trust Account is
hereby created in the State General Fund. The money in the Account must be used
to support nonprofit community organizations that provide grief support
services to children who have experienced a loss of a relative or other person
who had a significant emotional relationship with the child. Such grief support
services may also be provided to parents and adult caregivers who have
experienced the loss of a child.
2. The interest and income earned on the
money in the Account must be credited to the Account.
3. Any money remaining in the Account at
the end of each fiscal year does not revert to the State General Fund but must
be carried over into the next fiscal year.
