Deputy county health officer: Appointment; compensation; duties

1. With the approval of the board of
county commissioners, the county health officer is empowered to appoint such
deputies as may be necessary.
2. Deputies shall receive such compensation
as is fixed by the board of county commissioners.
3. Not later than the 5th day of each
month, deputy health officers shall file monthly reports with the county health
officer. The reports shall be compiled by the county health officer and forwarded
to the Division not later than the 10th day of each month.
