State Board of Health: Meetings; quorum

1. The State Board of Health may meet
regularly at least once every 6 months.
2. The State Board of Health may hold such
special meetings as may be called by the Chair. A special meeting must be
called whenever requested by the Chief Medical Officer, the Administrator or by
two members of the Board.
3. Four members constitute a quorum, but a
concurrence of at least a majority of the members of the Board is required on
all questions.
