1. A living community shall post a notice in a conspicuous place at the entrance to the bedroom of a resident which contains an electronic communication device stating that such a device is in use in the bedroom. 2. An employee of a living community shall not refuse to enter the bedroom of a resident which contains an electronic communication device installed pursuant to NRS 435.785 or fail to perform any of the duties of the employee on the grounds that such a device is in use.
