Living community to post notice where device is in use; employee prohibited from refusing to perform duties because of device

1. A living community shall post a notice
in a conspicuous place at the entrance to the bedroom of a resident which
contains an electronic communication device stating that such a device is in
use in the bedroom.
2. An employee of a living community shall
not refuse to enter the bedroom of a resident which contains an electronic
communication device installed pursuant to NRS
435.785 or fail to perform any of the duties of the employee on the grounds
that such a device is in use.
