Living community for persons with disabilities or living community means: 1. A provider-operated residential supported living arrangement; and 2. Any other housing arrangement that provides assistance, food, shelter or limited supervision to persons with intellectual disabilities or physical disabilities for compensation and is not a covered facility, as defined in NRS 449A.171 .
