Regulations; agreements with public and private agencies for provision of services

1. The Administrator shall adopt
regulations governing supported living arrangement services, including, without
limitation, regulations that set forth:
(a) Standards for the provision of quality care
by providers of supported living arrangement services;
(b) The requirements for the issuance and renewal
of a certificate to provide supported living arrangement services; and
(c) The rights of consumers of supported living
arrangement services, including, without limitation, the right of a consumer to
file a complaint and the procedure for filing such a complaint.
2. The Division may enter into such
agreements with public and private agencies as it deems necessary for the
provision of supported living arrangement services.
3. For each regulation adopted pursuant to NRS 435.3305 to 435.339 , inclusive, and submitted to the
Legislative Counsel pursuant to NRS
233B.067 for review by the Legislative Commission, the Division shall set
forth in the informational statement prepared pursuant to NRS 233B.066 that accompanies the
regulation any supported living arrangement services that the regulation
authorizes persons to provide pursuant to NRS
632.316 when the persons would otherwise be prohibited from providing such
services pursuant to NRS 632.315 .
