Gifts and grants of money: Use; deposit

1. All gifts or grants of money which the
Division is authorized to accept must be spent in accordance with the
provisions of the gift or grant. In the absence of such provisions, the
Division must spend the money for the purpose approved by the Interim Finance
Committee.
2. All such money must be deposited in the
State Treasury in a separate account in the Department of Human Services Gift
Fund.
3. All claims must be approved by the
Administrator before they are paid.
