Division authorized to bring action to enjoin provision of services

1. The Division may bring an action in the
name of the State of Nevada to enjoin any natural person, a partnership, firm,
corporation or association, including, without limitation, a nonprofit
organization, or a state or local government or agency thereof from providing
jobs and day training services:
(a) Without first obtaining a certificate from
the Division; or
(b) After the certificate has been revoked or
suspended by the Division.
2. It is sufficient in such an action to
allege that the defendant did, on a certain date and in a certain place,
provide jobs and day training services without a certificate.
